This class will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow while exploring individual balance in a playful way. This class will awaken strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun outdoors environment.

Hatha Yoga is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Christine Lynes
Christine Lynes has taught Yoga in and around the GTA for over a decade to people of all ages. Christine currently teaches yoga and art in several locations in and around Mississauga and is thrilled to be an associate yoga teacher with Nudge Streetsville trans-formative personal training! Christine is a public school educator and holds current CPR certification for babies, children and adults.

Olia Galeva
Olia has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and recently has decided to deepen her practice by completing a yoga teacher training. A certified (RYT 200) yoga teacher, she is passionate about sharing the transformation in mind, body and spirit through thoughtful exploration of yoga that is empowering, reflective and healing.
Olia is grateful for the guidance from her teachers and the support from her yoga community that continue to inspire her path every single day in her personal quest for transformation. Managing a demanding career and appreciating the ever so important balance in life, Olia is excited to join Streetsville’s Nudge Training and support individuals’ transformation journey.
