What do we do?
We meet together to train together. This serves as a great motivator and opportunity to be with like minded people with like minded interests.
The training sessions will vary in structure based upon a number of S.M.A.R.T. factors.

What does it cost to join?
ITS FREE ... but you will need to know what you are doing with your training in order to properly benefit from this group.

Do I need to already be fit to participate?
Well...yes... and no...
Lets go over the YES answer...
Depending on where you are in your personal training program some of the workouts offered on these two days may be too intense for you and you will need to have some amount of fitness to participate without injuring yourself. If you are active and feel fit, please check requirements below.
