TOUGH MUDDER TRAINING

If you think you are tough enough and crazy enough to even think of entering this event, we can provide the training for you. We will be providing a running training format followed by with a circuit strength training workout. We will provide the equipment, proper instruction and technique to ensure you stay injury free while building the strength and endurance you need to complete this event.
We will provide you with coaching, direction, a plan, prevent over-training and injuries and support for this event. We will help you and the group trouble shoot any training concerns and keep you on track!

Training will consist of a mix of endurance and strength to challenge all levels of fitness. Exercises will prepare you not only physically, but mentally for the challenges of the Tough Mudder.
Coaching and training program includes lectures and take-aways on the following topics:
- Weekly training planning specific to your fitness and strength levels
- Specific needs and musts to train for the Tough Mudder
- Injury and over-training prevention
- Nutrition
- Pacing
- Pre-race strategies, fueling
- Videos of training exercises
