- Positive attitude and VERY Committed to the process!
- Looking to get into the best shape of your life and lose minimum of 20 lbs of fat
- Want to add lean, toned, and firm muscle quickly
- Live OR Work close to Streetsville, Mississauga area.
- Can dedicate 60 minutes and 3 times a week to exercise in our facility.
- Are willing to listen, apply our coaching to change your body and outlook on effective fitness - Don't mind getting your hands dirty and working hard!
