NUDGE Walk and Run Club

The weekly NUDGE RUNNING & WALKING CLUB will begin on Wednesday, May 7 at 6:45pm.
We will be providing routes suitable for beginners and advanced walkers and runners. Distances will vary between 2.5 km - 8 km.
NUDGE TRAINING will provide:
• Support group
• Find running partners
• Accountability
• Motivation
• Training routes
• Training tips
• Motivational goals
• Changing rooms
• Showers
• Refreshments
• Find a new running goal
As the training group grows we will start a SATURDAY MORNING RUNNING AND WALKING CLUB.
The time for this group will start as early as 6am and the latest 8am. Times will be determined by the attendees.
