Incredible Endurance and Will to Succeed! - July 18th, 2010
We had the privilege of helping out a tired, yet very determined Brad Cownden with a massage over the weekend. This amazing athlete was inspired to make some change in the medical system when he witnessed his aunt's difficult process of recovery from a brain injury following a near deadly car accident.
Brad decided to raise money for brain injuries by riding across Canada. He left his home of Victoria, British Columbia on June 1, 2010. When we massaged him, he still had approximately 4 more weeks until he reaches the Newfoundland, Atlantic coast in the city St. John's. http://www.brainstormride.org/ .
Thank you Brad for your inspiration and sharing with everyone your wonderful passion for such a deserving cause.
