- Assessment of current running technique in footwear (or lack thereof)
- The 4 keys to the Squat-Scoot - Tight, Light, Compact, Forward
- The process of transitioning from 'coffins' to minimalist to barefoot running
- Bracing & Flicking - drills that lock in these key components of the Squat-Scoot
- To SAFELY caress any surface whilst running barefoot
- The correct muscle firing sequence for effective, mid-foot, barefoot striking
- Off-road exercises to lock in the Squat-Scoot Method of mid-foot running
