8 week Healthy Life Boot Camp

Anyone and everyone can have the body, shape, and mind they desire, as well as achieve a higher level of well being and maintain their weight! With this program, you are not only going to learn about nutrition, lifestyle, mental/emotional, and exercise principles, you are going to be taken through a step by step process on how to live it from the inside out.
Through this 8 week workshop, you will learn all your need to know to make informed decisions on:
- How to select the best foods to eat, as well as the best foods for you;
- How to balance your energy system and body using simple stretches and exercises;
- How to effectively manage the key lifestyle factors that most influence you;
This program is based on the unique synthesis of principles and techniques developed by Holistic Health Practitioner, Paul Chek. This program is based on the health and lifestyle principles described in his book, “How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy," which you receive with the course. These principles are listed below:

2. Metabolic Typing
3. Who is your master...stress?
4. Sleep your way to health
5. You are when you eat
6. Digestion
7. Detoxification and parasites
8. How to continue with your program
This is not a one size fits all approach, nor a magic pill to instantly fix everything. Each aspect is individually tailored to fit your individual needs and concerns. The coach of each session shows you the key components that will allow you to take responsibility for your own body, mind and health.

This course is ideal for our corporate clients who require some extra guidance in implementing lifestyle changes learned in our corporate Health@work course. A minimum of 10 people is required for the course.

$499 (per person) for 8 weeks of nutrition, exercise and stress lifestyle guidance. (We run this course, when we have 10 people registered, so book now.)
Duration:
The course provides 16 hours of intruction, ideally for 2 hour per week for 8 weeks; however, the 16 hours can also be spread out over a time period that most suits your needs.
