Complete Lifestyle Support
"My husband and I were referred to Peter through a good friend who had a lot of success with a program that was designed for him. He convinced us that we should meet up with Peter. After our initial consultation, it was clear that Peter had a different approach from other professional coaches whom we had previously worked with over the years.
Peter started by taking a full assessment of our physical health, lifestyle and goals. This was quite thought provoking and helped us as a couple to recalibrate what was important in our lives. It had a profound effect in the key areas of our lives ... Mind, body and spirit.
As a result, we defined what was important and dramatically changed our live--from not being able to do strenuous activity to being able to do almost perfect squats , push ups etc. We took up active training and introduced yoga to our lives in a very serious way. Most of all, we changed our diet. We now have a wholistic approach to our eating. We eat organic food and know what we should, and should not eat, to have healthy bodies. Peter introduced us to a host of new information that has had a very big impact on us. For instance, my husband does not drink alcohol any more. However, the biggest change for us has been the introduction to the benefits of meditation that has been introduced to us through the spiritual awareness that Peter has created in our lives.
Today we continue with our practice and continue with Peter to achieve higher levels. For those that are serious about affecting real change in your life, we strongly recommend Peter with one caveat 'you have to want to change...and it requires work and dedication'."

A 50th Birthday Dream Come True!
"I would like to thank Peter for his expertise in helping me complete the Muskoka 1/2 Ironman 70.3 (swim 1.2 miles, bike 56miles, run 13.1 miles) in September, 2010, deemed the world's Toughest 1/2 Ironman 70.3 venue. When I started training with Peter in June of the same year, I was unable to swim more the 2 lengths of my 10 meter swimming pool. Not only did Peter coach me on how to swim, he also spent hours of time in open water helping me perfect a technique that would help me complete the 2 km open lake swim in the event.
Peter coached me on all aspects of training needed for the multi-sport event. we did many track training sessions, swimming pool workouts and long runs combined with many hours of long bike rides to prepare me for this grand accomplishment.
I would also like to note that balancing of my home-work life and pneumonia hindered my training appointments resulting in missing many training sessions. Despite these setbacks, Peter re-worked my training schedule a few times over this period to fit my fitness level and ensure completion of the event. If it were not for Peter's understanding of my fitness level and unforeseen potential, I would never have been able to complete the race.
I would sincerely recommend Peter for his expertise in coaching, motivating style and assurance of completion in any endurance event or adventure!"
Loyalty in Training
"During the past eight years, I have worked with many personal trainers. Up to five years
ago, the fitness level I attained was fairly mediocre. Then I was introduced to Peter. He had just been contracted by my employer, Re/Max, to run their employee’s physical fitness program at the corporate gym. From the moment I undertook training with him, I
was deeply impressed by his superior knowledge and skills. Under his tutelage I have blossomed both physically and mentally. His expertise in nutrition, physiology and sports
psychology is unparalleled. These attributes have impelled me to reach ever increasing
heights, and have enabled me to overcome a variety of physical and emotional challenges
without medical intervention. The goals he has set for me have brought me to the pinnacle of physical fitness and well-being, culminating in my upcoming participation in
a Swiss Alps marathon. I look forward to having Peter as my trainer for life."
